We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Order Processing
As our products are individually customised and made to order, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch.
Processing times may occasionally vary during particularly busy periods. If there is likely to be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.
Domestic Shipping – United Kingdom
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT or other customs charges when they reach the destination country.
Unless these charges are specifically shown as included at checkout, any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Eternity Sparkles has no control over these charges, as they are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country.
Parcel Forwarding Services
Customers in countries we do not currently ship to may choose to use a reputable UK parcel-forwarding service.
For example, customers in Ireland may use An Post’s AddressPal service, which provides a UK delivery address for purchases from UK retailers.
If you choose to use a parcel-forwarding service, please ensure the delivery address and any required customer reference are entered correctly at checkout.
Eternity Sparkles’ responsibility for delivery ends once the order has been successfully delivered to the UK forwarding address provided. Any onward delivery fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges or other costs associated with the forwarding service are the responsibility of the customer.
