Shipping Policy
We currently ship to the UK, Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand only. Regretfully, any orders placed from outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
Order Processing:
We want you to enjoy your purchase as quickly as possible. Therefore, we aim to post all customised or personalised items within 10 working days of purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
We always obtain proof of postage, but please note:
- Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after posting in the UK.
- For international parcels, this period is 25 working days after posting.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom):

International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Europe, America, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer, and Eternity Sparkles is not liable for them.
